We have two individual designers that work for Averna, and our clients are able to sit with them, feel comfortable, and create a concept that works for them and their family.” Before getting to that point, clients are encouraged to visit one of Averna’s show homes, where they can experience first-hand the quality Averna can achieve. Once they are comfortable with that, they meet the designers to discuss ideas. From there, they can also go out and see jobs that are under construction, and witness the process first hand. “That way they can see that we’re not just doing good show homes, but that our client homes are amazing as well,” Paul explains. “From there, they usually make the decision to take us to the next level.” Once a design is settled on, and Paul and his team actually start the building process, their relationship with their customers deepens. While other builders may only give their customers monthly updates, Averna Homes deals with them on a day-to-day basis, and conducts regular site meetings.
