Those needs have seen Inaphase successfully complete projects in Lithgow, Newcastle and Melbourne. The majority of Inaphase’s portfolio consists of building refurbishment, renovations and upgrade works. The balance comes from the interior fitout, retail and education sectors. Over the years, they have completed more than 300 projects, mostly taking place in $500,000 to $2 million price range. However, Neil says that project price is really shaped by the needs of their clients.
