He maintains a strict set of principles for every job he and his company undertake. “We’ve got a serious checklist that we use through every course of the job to ensure quality,” Lance says. “I’m a carpenter by trade, so I’m onsite the majority of the time. I’ve got three full-time employees, two carpenters and one apprentice.
