They have also introduced two concept homes in Iluka and Southern River, and even introduced a sister-brand – Astute Homes – to service the lower-end of the market while Sovereign services the higher-end. In the last year specifically, David says the company has achieved their best sales to date. Within the last nine months alone, he estimates the company has grown by nearly 100 per cent. He credits that success to their constant desire to improve. At all times, he and his partners are continuously evaluating who their customers are and how best they can serve them.
