“When we’re talking with clients about design elements, we’re talking about costs as well,” he says. “We present them with a range of options, we let them know how much each option is going to cost, and we help them make clear decisions about how they want to spend their money.” The last part of building trust and loyalty, Ryan adds, is delivering the quality the level of workmanship that customers expect. He says that Hallbury Homes definitely does that, and he credits that ability to the company’s multi-layered team of supervisors and managers: “Everyprojecthasaconstruction supervisor who’s in control of the site and who liaises with the client constantly,” he explains. “We also have a construction manager who visits all of our sites to make sure the craftsmanship is up to our standards. There’s an OHS manager, as well, who ensures that all works are being delivered in a safe way.” “Then we’ve got Cliff Hall,” Ryan says. “He’s the director, he holds the building license, and he does sneak inspections all the time.
