In recent years, the majority of Dion Group’s projects have ranged in value from $1 million to $3 million. George describes that as “the sweet spot where we’re most competitive and most efficient.” Within that niche, he says they look for clients and projects that “push the boundaries of design and technology.” “We like to work with clients who are willing to do something different,” he says. “We like to take chances and be the first to do things. We like to work with clients who are willing to take those leaps with us. It doesn’t matter who they are – they can be investors, they can be developers, or they can be mom-and-dad clients looking to build their forever home.
