At the 2021 MBA NSW Awards, that project won the category for ‘House Alterations & Additions $400,001 to $450,000.’ Judges commented that it “showcases high levels of finish throughout,” and they called it “fine work from a very young builder.” Personally, Jason says he is proud of that project because of all the challenges they had to overcome to deliver it.
