He formed the company in 2012 with the vision of helping clients overcome their fear of building a new home. With that goal in mind, he designed and built the company from the ground up. Over the years, he has handpicked and developed an expert and reliable team, consisting of both in-house employees and subcontractors. In the early years, Alroe Constructions focused on building high-end custom homes for individual clients. These days, they still provide that service, but it only comprises about 20 per cent of their workload.
