Over the last couple years, the majority of Alroe Constructions’ projects have been luxury fourpacks, six-packs, and eightpacks. Those builds are still the “crux” of the company’s business, Matt says, but they are also branching out into some taller buildings and even some mixed-use projects. For example, are currently providing both design and construction services for two 14-storey projects. On one of those high-rises, the first five storeys will be specialist disability accommodation (SDA) dwellings funded by the NDIS, while the above floors will include some penthouse units and rooftop amenities. The other high-rise will comprise 39 units.
