Matt says they are currently optimizing that offering. “With our D&C, we feel that we really have the ability to deliver amazing benefits to our development partners, both new and existing.” The company also intends to grow – which they have been already doing at a steady pace, especially in recent years. Seven years ago, they had five employees. Today, they have 55, and that number is expected to keep rising as long as they can find the right people. They currently have 16 multi-residential sites under construction and their pipeline is filled for the next month five months. “We’re extremely excited about growing,” Matt concludes. “We’re excited about where we’re positioned, we’re excited about the product and service we’re providing, and we’re happy about the teamwe’ve put together – we feel like we’re all part of this together, and that’s a great feeling.
