NOVEMBER 2022 Mike came to Australia following the sale of his last development in Canada. There, he spent the next 15 years working for a Fortune 500 company in project management and contract management, honing his skills and systems in project management. In 2018, he officially struck out on his own and commenced Apexx Developments in Sydney. More recently, Apexx Developments took on the lead role as Director of multiple entities with an equity stake in the project as well as end to end project management on their latest large project called ‘AZURE Burraneer,’ which started construction in February 2022, and is “progressing beautifully,” Mike says.
