NOVEMBER 2022 House to Home Finishes’s initial work led to referral jobs and further business as the clients couldn’t get enough of the style in which they operated. By getting as personal as possible and going over every detail, Joumana was able to create strong connections with her customers, this was enhanced by the fact that Joumana had a young family herself which was the same for a number of her clients, leading to relatabilty and trust between her and her prospects. Using her knowledge of kid-friendly designs and other relevant ideas, she had in mind, she would even take the clients shopping for materials to help properly plan out the project and get a further understanding of the client’s vision. Initially, Joumana focussed mainly on kitchens on bathrooms, with the focus being on the transition of an out-dated unpractical space becoming much more visually pleasing and with increased utility. This later evolved into doing major strips and refits, and then in the last year or so, the creation of a show room, multiple supervisors and more. Nowadays they offer a onestop-shop to clients who are looking for a firm to help them build or renovate. By always having management there for the final stages of the projects, cleaning, testing etc. Joumana puts in a lot of care and effort for her clients. This high level of customer service, passion, and being so personal with the customer is what Joumana credits toher business’ early success. Since House to Home’s early beginnings, they have expanded and altered their job style a couple of times. The first was them moving into major strips and refits, these jobs were becoming quite routine for them and a steady flow of income. Nowadays customers can deal entirely with House to Homes from conception to creation, as they now have a showroom to illustrate to customers exactly what’s possible.
