Recently, the quality of Alroe Constructions’ work has been repeatedly recognized with a number of award victories and nominations from industry bodies including the HIA. For example, at the 2022 HIA Gold Coast / Northern Rivers Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards, they won the ‘Specialised Housing’ category. In that case, the winning project was a five-storey development located on George Street, in the hub of Southport on the Gold Coast. The development promised 10 NDIS units, a carers unit, multipurpose consultation rooms, massage and therapy rooms, and multiple outdoor recreational spaces.
