pretty much have everything in house from the client meet and greet, a welcoming type of person. We do in-house drafting. We do in-house color selections. We’re just in the process of building a new showroom so a client can come to one place and do all of their color selections. We have a color selections team, a design team. We have permits in house. Knock-down rebuild specialist in-house, development specialist in-house. It gives us a huge, huge reach across a fairly small team. “The only thing that we don’t really do at this point in-house is the higher-end architecturally designed homes, but we have referral partners, so we have architects that work with us.” Aaron says that the company’s individualized and tailored approach with each client’s project helps set them apart in the industry. He explains that it’s a “one-on-one process” with complete transparency. He adds that they get a lot of their clients from referrals or word of mouth and that all clients are treated the same whatever they are spending on their home. When it comes to subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers, Aaron says that “relationships are really good.” “Because we’re not a huge volume builder, we don’t work off the same base cost that some of the bigger volume builders do. We have the option we can go to boutique cabinet makers, it’s a personal engagement, it’s a one-on-one engagement. “We’ve had a lot of suppliers, trades, and service companies DECEMBER 2023
