Our aim is to build homes that last a lifetime.” Robert was born and raised in Canberra, and he began his career in the mechanical engineering industry and construction. While working for other companies, he was involved in some very large projects, some of which took his work overseas. In 2005, he decided to start his own business running a property maintenance business as well as doing small projects such as decks, pergolas, and minor renovations. Three years later, after earning his builders license, he graduated to building new homes larger extensions and additions and officially formed REP Building. In 2016, Robert was joined by Joe Whitfield, who became a partner in the company. Joe came equipped with roughly 15 years of carpentry experience and is also a licensed builder.
