We’re able to put houses through in quite a timely manner without cutting any of the quality. We tell all of our clients for a standard double story home 18 months from the time the slab goes down to completion and the last couple that we’ve put through have gone through in less than that probably about 15 months even with all of the delays that we’ve seen in the building industry,” Heather says. “That’s been a really good selling point for our clients whereas other builders are struggling to actually get the work done, we are building it and doing it just as fast or faster than other building types.” This can be attributed, Heather explains, to the leadership of the company and the teamwork inhouse and their relationship with suppliers and trades. “It comes down from the directors and the leadership to be organized and to be able to make sure in putting quotes and call ups with our suppliers well in advance and having good communication with our tradesmen and to make sure everything is on schedule, just being quite organized about how we go about our building methods.
