In order to provide that complete service, they utilise world-leading software, they plan projects out in detail from the start, and employ a large team of industry leading in-house carpenters and site managers. On every project, they seek to ensure that their high standards are always maintained. The leader of Alroe Constructions is founder and director Tye Alroe. He formed the company in 2012 with the vision of helping clients overcome their fear of building a new home. With that goal in mind, he designed and built the company from the ground up. Over the years, he has handpicked and developed an expert and reliable team, consisting of both in-house employees and subcontractors. He has made sure that everyone working under the ‘Alroe’ banner understands and shares his values. In the early years, Alroe Constructions focused on building high-end custom homes for individual clients. These days, their larger focus is now multi-residential projects – though their emphasis on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction hasn’t changed. “We’re extremely passionate about quality,” says Matt Nielsen, Sales & Marketing Director. “We won’t deliver anything we’re not proud of and prepared to stand behind. We feel like our projects are some of the best on the market.” Matt first worked with Tye Alroe as a client – his was the first house Alroe Constructions built in Kingscliff, just south of the Gold Coast.
