Seven years ago, for example, they had five employees. Today, they have over 60, and that number is expected to keep rising as long as they can find the right people. They currently have 11 multi-residential sites under construction and their pipeline is strong for the foreseeable future. “We’re extremely excited about growing,” Matt concludes. “We’re excited about where we’re positioned, we’re excited about the product and service we’re providing, and we’re happy about the team we’ve put together – we feel like we’re all part of this together, and that’s a great feeling.
