Michael discusses his vision for the company’s future in terms of the team’s size, location of their market, and scope of projects. While he anticipates growth ahead, he also appreciates the current dynamic of the company as it relates to employees. “We’re a group of almost 80 employees and that’s employees directly employed by us,” he explains. “We’re going into another phase of growth at the moment moving toward 200-plus men this year. We’re looking at growing that to maybe 300 or 400 but trying to hit 500 as a target in the next five years.” “The group dynamic at the moment is really great,” Michael says. “Everyone’s collaborative.
