“We understand that growing further and developing the team to 90 or 100 or 100-plus, the group dynamic does change. Our focus is to try and maintain that group dynamic that we have now in the short-term and maybe in the longterm.” He says that moving into the Tier 1 market is not on the horizon at present and that they would like to stay within Tier 3 and maybe move into Tier 2 at some point. They are also definitely open to going into the Melbourne and Brisbane markets in the coming years. “We’re a young, vibrant, dynamic builder in the market,” David says. “We bring about a high level of experience with the top management that we’ve got here, but we’ve got some young, really enthusiastic builders in the company that I think will flourish in terms of the work and projections that we’ve got moving forward.
