Aaron explains how his team has evolved. “When I set up with my partner, Sjadei, we had five workers, and we were doing all the bookwork. Obviously, we were working extremely hard. About six months later we had 10 workers and now we’ve got bookkeepers in the office that do payroll and everything in between.” While their current team includes 60-65 employees, counting the office staff, ALP is always looking to bring new hires into the business. The company is continually growing and expanding across multiple jobs sites and projects. Numerous training activities are part of the corporate culture, and the ALP team is constantly improving their set of skills with ongoing training and opportunities to further their careers. Along with working directly for ALP, opportunities also abound for subcontractors, and working with ALP on projects as a subcontractor opens up many opportunities and pathways within the industry.
