“Moving forward I would like to see continuous growth in a sustainable fashion so that we can maintain control, provide great service, build beautiful homes and have happy clients and happy staff,” Rob says. “I want to see Reef Coast Constructions continually grow at a controlled rate so that we can maintain the standards that we’ve got now or even improve those further.” He explains that while they will continue to be open to building homes in the $600,000 to $700,000 range, they are wanting to move into higher end home constructions. “We are looking at working more in those multi-million-dollar home categories.” As far as staff, he wants to see more development of the carpentry team. Tied to that is the goal of increasing revenue while increasing profits. “That way we can be rewarding those who work for us along the way as well and they can feel like they are part of something larger than themselves.” “All in all, we just want to sustainably grow and continue to build beautiful homes for people and to see the enjoyment that the clients get and to have that feeling of accomplishment that we are able to offer buildings that others can’t. “Building homes in general is one of the last frontiers of handmade products.
