Out in the country it’s hard to have medical staff and enough beds within the hospitals and we’re proud to be part of the construction of a state-of-the-art hospital at this location.” They also undertook a project in Lithgow, a town in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales, 140 kilometers inland from Sydney. “The Lithgow project was one of our highlights whilst working out in the regional areas, as we encountered snow almost every day on the site,” says George. “We did not let that stop the works from being completed on schedule but was also a spectacular site for some of our staff having not seen snow within their lifetime.” Closer to Sydney, A-Civil Aust had been working on a large project in Melrose Park, Stage 1&2.
