“We believe every project is a team effort, and we’re grateful to celebrate this achievement with everyone involved,” says Phil. Phil has a succession plan in place for the future of Turner Plus. “Around the five-year mark, my sons and eldest daughter will take over. I am making the business exciting for them and stable and secure with a vision of opportunity,” he says. By that time, Phil expects to double the company’s current turnover. “We think a $10 million turnover will allow us to maintain a basic management team seeking opportunities with marketing and advertising, maintain our current workforce, and maybe add additional staff, up to fifteen employees,” says Phil. “We monitor and assess our capabilities constantly. I’ve experienced change over my life so I’ve learned to set goals have reasonable expectations and have a humble approach to progress. Circumstances change.
