The clients can monitor their projects too, they can interact with us if they have questions or concerns, and we can get back to them right away.” “I think that opens up some new doors for us,” he adds. “With this kind of system in place, we can work remotely. We can potentially expand our business beyond the Canberra market. We can potentially go anywhere we want.” “However, first of all we want to make sure we have the Canberra market covered,” he says. “We want to make sure our business is strong in Canberra; that our quality is the highest it can be and that our customers are getting everything they need from us.
