really refreshing, really good.” Aaron explains the range and scope of the company’s work in terms of size and value. “The majority of our work is knock down rebuild or development work. As a knock down rebuild project, that can be anywhere from around $750,000 through to just under $3 million as a single dwelling. “Obviously, we have different strains in our business. The development side is where a client might have a home in the suburbs, and they’d like to put three townhouses on it. They’re going to knock down the family home and they’re going to build three townhomes. Those projects will tend to average out at $1.5 million to $1.7 million. “This year we took on a lot of work from builders that have gone into liquidation as the construction industry is having a really bad time at the moment. Based on their process, we were able to take on homes and have them pretty much straight back to site within a couple weeks.” He credits this to the company’s “streamlined process” when it comes to handling contracts. Turning to the design aspect of building, he says, “We can either draft in-house or we can accept projects that have been drafted by other draftsmen, other architects. It gives us a huge build scope.
