These days, Anchor Building’s clients range from developers to homeowners looking to upgrade their house or build their dream home. Residentially, they mainly build architectural modern-style homes – though they are currently seeing a trend toward Hamptonstyle homes in the Queensland and Brisbane bay areas, and they also do a lot of traditional home projects. Geographically, all of their residential work is within ten kilometres of the city. On the commercial side of the business, Anchor Building started out helping a facilities management group on the coast, fitting out office spaces to suit their business.
