of the Year under $450,000.’ Buddy acknowledges the role technology plays in his business’s success. “Our best asset in technology would be the GJ Gardner Homes software that is the back bone and brains of our operation.” Along with technology, the company would be nowhere without their dedicated supply chain, says Buddy. “Our suppliers and contractors have been crucial to the success of our business, each one of them displaying loyalty and the willingness to go above and beyond to complete each project,” he says. “We have been extremely lucky to have built a strong relationship with each supplier and contractor, which has helped to create a real team environment for each build.” Since moving into their current office, Buddy says they have worked with the same contractors and suppliers on a continual basis with no turnover. “They’re all on the same page with us. This is the team we want around us. We have peace of mind going into projects because we’ve built this level of trust.” Because of this trust, each member of Buddy’s team has the opportunity to bring new ideas to the table, with the intention to make each process more efficient. “We are a small tight knit team that all work closely together to ensure that the best outcomes for our customers are always met,” he says.
