Buddy feels the future will see a lot of intergenerational homes including granny flats and housing with building options for parents like extra kitchens and bathrooms to help family save money on the cost of living. He also sees an Increase in “al fresco” living on the Gold Coast. “It’s becoming crucial to the build,” he says. “Clients want outdoor living spaces for entertaining, for children and for pets.
