Put simply, the home is modelled in its entirety to perform based on its location. “Passive House is the future of healthy home construction in Australia,” says Kyle. “Healthy homes, net zero, really low energy consumption, triple glazed windows, airtight construction – everything they’re doing now in Europe.” Zanetto is willing to take on any project that is unique and has a well-funded customer. “We’re doing a half million-dollar project now, and we have a couple $3-to-$4 million projects.
