Zanetto Builders submits several competition entries each year. They have 11 so far in 2024. Kyle’s first project that he designed and built himself – the Black House – was also his first award winner. “It made a huge impact on the market,” says Kyle. “I put my heart and soul into that one, working seven days a week, and got rewarded for my efforts.” Last year at the Master Builders Awards Kyle won the Young Builders of the Year award for business excellence, among a few other awards. The most recent accolade for Zanetto came two months ago when they won the marketing award for small businesses in Tasmania.
