How does Alex form positive relationships with clients? “As the owner of company I’m also the sales person, the first person a client talks to,” says Alex. “We have a dedicated contract administrator and supervisor and our company policy is that the client, supervisor, administrator and myself are included in all emails. They’re aware that I’m involved in every project,” he says. These positive client interactions have resulted in many referrals to Tallwood. It also fosters a positive attitude within the company. “We have nine people in the company at present,” says Alex. “I try to have honesty and trust with the staff, just as with the clients. We are a team and everyone has each other’s backs. There’s no grandstanding or prima donnas.
