Shaun says having the company’s shareholders actively involved in the business gives them an edge over the competition. Along with being a director, he is also the construction manager for the company. “Clients choose to work with us because we’re hands on,” he says. “Our directors are builders, and we work directly with the projects. We go above and beyond with our clients to get the best outcome..” He goes on to emphasise the importance of building relationships with clients and how clear communication helps accomplish this. “It’s really important to build a relationship with people. We value relationships and that’s why we’ve managed to negotiate the number of jobs that we have. We take a proactive approach throughout the whole project and try our hardest to work with them.
