Michael says that the building side of the business has seen repeat customers since 2016 when their momentum started to pick up. While he indicates that B & K would welcome growth, he goes on to say that they want to stay focused on providing their customers with the personal attention that they value in their relationships. “We always have been and would like to continue to be the builder of choice,” he says. “Basically, that’s how we pick up our work through recommendations and word of mouth.
