“Between 1994 and now it developed slowly on a linear curve,” Nigel says. “We more or less ramped up when Michael (Gill) joined us in 2018. He was appointed general manager in 2022. Shortly after that Yusuf (Sula) joined us and he has just recently been elected as our operations manager. “Now, we have a very good management team. This is our top management structure – myself, Michael, and Yusuf.” Nigel was born in South Africa and grew up in Cape Town. He decided to call his new company Greyton, as a nod to the small town in the Cape region of South Africa where he spent time as a youngster. MARCH 2024
