Neobuild Steel is the latest addition to the Neobuild Group of companies which includes Neobuild Engineering and Neobuild Quality Homes as well as several others all active in the field of construction. Based in Brisbane, the company is an industry leader in the engineering, design and fabrication of light gauge steel frames and is known for an innovative and scientific approach in delivering their products. Proprietary roll forming technology allows Neobuild steel to produce wall frames, floor joists and roof trusses using 70 and 90mm sections. Since inauguration in 2021, Neobuild Steel has supplied frames for multiple residential, commercial and modular home projects. Of paramount importance was the supply of frames for a large three-level townhouse project in the Gold Coast.
