The project timeline went smoothly. The interior design was the icing on the cake for the client.” This client has purchased another block of land and the partners are talking to him about what they can do to improve his experience, and are sorting out pricing to kick off that journey. Miles and Joey hope to keep the momentum they’ve created over the past four years moving into the next several years, without explosive growth. “All the jobs coming up are larger developments,” says Joey. “We’re having a lot of conversations with new clients and old clients with new blocks they are buying.” “We have no great ambitions to be the biggest builder in town,” says Miles. “There’s potential for a little bit more growth from where we’re at now, but we have young families and Joey and I don’t want to be worked to the bone.
