I believe it gives them comfort that we can deliver what they want. Our work is a testament to what we can do.” Looking forward, Sean’s vision for Tonic Projects is to make sure that testimony remains as strong as possible. He cares a lot more about doing good work than he cares about growth. “Our goal is not to conquer the world,” Sean says. “Our goal is to be consistent in doing fantastic and unique new projects. We want to maintain a stable platform for our team to do that.” Lastly, as a personal goal, Sean also hopes to do some different kinds of projects. In particular, he wants the company to do more small-scale developments of their own. Over the last 18 months, they have already developed four highend architectural homes in Brisbane, and they are now looking at doing that again in the Gold Coast. SEPTEMBER 2024
