Lisa jokes, “Some of our team can be a little pedantic — maybe control freaks — but that’s what makes them excellent at what they do. They have a ‘do it once, do it right’ mentality, which is part of our logo and philosophy.” When asked about Omni Builders’ future, Lisa’s answer is refreshingly candid and lighthearted: “Hopefully retired and living on a canal boat in London!” she laughs. Despite the humor, there’s a clear vision for the next chapter. Currently, Omni Builders is working on a small, bespoke subdivision on a hillside overlooking the city — an exclusive development designed with the same care and customization their clients expect. Depending on whether the land sells first, Omni Builders will either build and sell homes directly or construct homes tailored to new owners.
