They also recently acquired Scope Contracting, a privately-owned civil construction business also based in Sydney. As a result, they can provide rapid response time and efficient service in the Sydney metropolitan area. Ally Civil was founded by David Baker and Chris Bullock. Assad joined the company 10 years later when Chris sold his share to David. The current ownership structure includes key staff who have become shareholders, and the acquisition of Scope Contracting adding an additional shareholder to the umbrella company, with owners overseeing different areas of the business.
