Teamwork is everything at Ally Civil. With over 50 staff and a dedicated network of more than 100 subcontractors, they’re all about getting the job done together. Their skilled workforce is organised into specialist departments including planning, estimation, project management, and engineering, making sure every project is tackled with expertise and precision. They work towards what their strengths are. Some are focused on the pipeline division of the company. Others are focused on the infrastructure division. “We all work together in one big office and we lean on each other’s expertise when necessary. We’re more than just colleagues,” says Assad. “Collaboration is key. We encourage open dialogue; we go the extra mile to show appreciation for each other. We have biannual celebrations, golf days, and tennis outings. We have a chill-out hub inside the office where people go to have lunch.
