We have long-term employees that are happy where they are.” That culture is in play with Ally Civil’s on-site staff as well. “We have a very friendly workforce. Our project managers prioritise building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their projects are handled with the utmost care and attention. We like to keep the same project manager focused on the client in delivering projects and helping with any issues that may come up. Our clients have set project managers that work with them regularly. There are no unfamiliar faces and everyone knows what each client expects,” says Assad. The subcontractors and vendors have similar relationships with Ally Civil. “We’ve leveraged a lot of our growth on the success of our subcontractors. They are in effect an extension of our employees in the company,” says Assad. “A lot of them are former employees who went out on their own and have come back to help us grow, which provides mutual growth for both parties. Some of them have been with the company longer than I have.” Ally Civil expects to grow and expand their team over the next five years. “I’m a firm believer in high-quality engineers continually coming through and developing new ideas,” says Assad. “We hope to do this through a targeted marketing campaign to raise our profile and reach new clients.
