The subcontractors and vendors have similar relationships with Ally Civil. “We’ve leveraged a lot of our growth on the success of our subcontractors. They are in effect an extension of our employees in the company,” says Assad. “A lot of them are former employees who went out on their own and have come back to help us grow, which provides mutual growth for both parties.
