Again, he emphasizes the launch of that range will mark a new chapter for the business, allowing them to not only build for clients but also offer readyto-purchase homes that showcase their design values, quality workmanship, and attention to detail. “We’re investing in fresh ideas, new technologies, and strong industry partnerships to help us deliver homes that truly stand out in the Perth market,” he says. “It’s a big step, but one we’re ready for—and we’re looking forward to what the future holds. “The next five years mark an exciting chapter for our family and our business,” he adds. “We’re looking to grow—both in the scope of our projects and the strength of our team. With a solid foundation built on quality, trust, and strong family values, we’re now exploring opportunities to expand into new markets while continuing to deliver the high standards our clients know us for.” As part of the next chapter, Billingham Construction is also now seeing the next generation step forward. Lee and Louise’s eldest son will soon be joining the company full time, with his three brothers not far behind.
