Based in Sydney, Scientific Waterproofing Products (SWP) has built a reputation for solving these challenges with expertise, innovation, and a solutions-first approach that sets them apart in the Australian and international market. The company’s story began with Hans Eberhard Graf, who in 1977 established a company called H Graph Services to import and distribute roofing materials to a network of regional agents in Australia. Years later, his career trajectory changed when he was introduced to Drizoro, a Madridbased manufacturing company that specializes in chemical products for the construction industry, focusing on waterproofing, concrete repair, and floor finishes. In 1990, Hans formed a new company—initially called SwepDri Limited—which became the exclusive distributor of the entire Drizoro range of products within Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Region. Since then, the business has continued to grow at a steady rate, powered by the popularity of Drizoro’s products as well as the quality of their service and advice. Hans personally has over 40 years’ experience in manufacturing, specifically in the building maintenance industry, but he didn’t have much experience in waterproofing before teaming up with Drizoro.
