IPC’s operational expertise spans excavation, trenching, pipe installation, and increasingly, directional drilling—a specialty that Adam sees as essential to the company’s next stage of growth. “We’re always looking for smarter ways to do the work,” he says. “Technology isn’t about replacing people; it’s about making their jobs safer and more efficient.” Looking ahead, IPC Projects is preparing for significant growth, aiming to expand interstate while scaling capabilities five-to-tenfold in the coming years. This includes adopting new technologies, increasing staff and subcontractor capacity, and further developing directional drilling capabilities. Adam is clear, though, that expansion will never come at the cost of the company’s core culture. “We’ll scale up, but not at the cost of what makes us who we are,” he says. “It’s about being bigger in capability, not losing touch with the people and purpose behind it.” For IPC Projects, the future is about continuing to build—one project, one relationship, and one trusted result at a time. “You can have the best equipment and the biggest contracts,” Adam reflects, “but it all comes down to care.
