Founded in 2006, Leisure Pools Rockhampton has become a local benchmark for residential swimming pools in Central Queensland, combining precision craftsmanship with a deeply personal approach to customer service. Owner Brett Hallam’s journey into the pool industry is rooted in hands-on experience and a passion for excellence. “I started as a floor and wall tiler, did my apprenticeship, and eventually built my own tiling business up to be one of the largest in Rockhampton,” Brett explains. “I put in a swimming pool at my own home and did all the tiling and landscaping myself. The owner of a Leisure Pools saw my work and asked me to do tiling for them. A few years later, I purchased the company and have been exclusively focused on swimming pools ever since.” Globally, Leisure Pools is a leading manufacturer of composite fiberglass swimming pools with manufacturing hubs and dealer networks worldwide. The company now has over 500 dealers and installations in 23 countries, but first originated on the Gold Coast of Australia. Leisure Pools Rockhampton is focused on the Central Queensland region, with a service area covering Rockhampton, Gladstone and Emerald. “We’re a small local business within a global company,” Brett explains. “That allows us to give customers a personal, hands-on experience while benefiting from the strength of a well-established brand.” Leisure Pools Rockhampton’s projects range from standard backyard pools priced around $50,000– $60,000 to more elaborate constructions reaching $120,000.
