Across the business, Timpelle has formed strong and lasting relationships with all their stakeholders, including their clients, their employees, and their subcontractors and suppliers. On the client side, Joseph says some relationships stretch back 25-to-35 years. Internally, he says many team members have been with the company almost as long. “We build genuine relationships and form honest connections with our employees,” Joseph says. “We care for everyone throughout the whole business. I think a result is that everyone cares for the business. I think that really shows in our work.” With around 85 staff across the business, Timpelle is a sizeable operation – but Joseph says it doesn’t feel that way. He knows the names of employees’ children, checks in on the factory floor every day, and regularly shares lunch with the team.
